Publicaron 2 discos de corta duración independientemente en 2001 y 2003. En 2004 lanzaron su primer disco de estudio, Strata, bajo el sello de Wind-Up Records. Su segundo, y hasta el momento último disco, Strata Presents The End Of The World, se publicó hace un año.
La música de Strata se caracteriza, o caracterizaba, por su mezcla de pasión en la voz de Eric, un sonido a veces duro, sobretodo en su primer disco, buenas instrumentaciones y letras con contenido, tratando temas más allá del chico-quiere-chica, por ejemplo, temas políticos.
